Nourishing Soul

I was so busy the entire morning that I forgot to go to the post office and purchase some stamps. Hubby remind me this morning and I said yeah, sure. hehehe. Geez, am i getting old or what? I took some lunch for my little boy at school then from there, time got away from me. I was talking on the phone and just forgot everything completely. I was so focus on my blahs. The conversation was so intense. hehehe. I’ll get some stamps after picking up the kids, I don’t have to make a special trip, saving gas a little. And I will just mail it there too. Killing two birds at once. Oh, i gotta go and do a couple of things before it’s time to pick them up. I can’t let time get away from me again, or else. Have a good afternoon!

Yap, my son turns 9 today. He is pretty excited what kind of gifts he will get.  At this age, seems like nothing matters except the gift. hehehe. We went to church and eat out for lunch. I got him a Nintendo DS game called Spectrobe and he likes it a lot. In fact he has been playing with it since. Grandpa and Grandma texted him and he was happy about it. He keeps asking his grandpa how’s his bird doing and he can’t wait to see it. Unfortunately, he can’t bring it here. LOL! We are planning of going somewhere fun tonight and give the rest of his presents as well. But he has to wait though, patience is a virtue. Although, it’s hard to wait most of the time.

How’s your Monday? Ours went great, just got back from swimming lessons and now I am busy getting them ready for bed. They have to take a  shower then eat and get ready for bed. Hubby said, someone called and is looking for me. I don’t know who, it’s private caller and did not leave her name. It must be a friend checking if our “halloween party” will push through. I will just wait, if she calls back then i will let her know. I am not even sure if it will go as planned. There’s always changes or something will come up, we’ll see. Another great weather we have today, pretty awesome!

Yap, weekend is finally here, time to spend some quality time with family. I was kind of tired today and got a headache. The kids swimming lessons went great, Kaya is doing really good and is having fun doing it. Sames as my little boy, he is already a good swimmer. He wanted to have a playdate today but i said no, we will wait for next time, there’s always next time plus he has a halloween party for cub scouts tonight. No time to play or goof around. He has to get ready. I might go to the mall and take my little girl and see what kind of deals they got. Early Christmas shopping won’t be bad if the deals are right. Enjoy your weekend!

With so much stuff going on, i can’t imagine how time flies on me. I thought it’s still Monday, where was I? Their swimming lessons went great, so far Kaya is liking it and she wants me to enroll her on the next session. But i still have to wait what level she is going to be next. Honestly, this activities are fun for the kids and a way for them to socialize. They need it and they need to meet and get along with different kids. The world we live in is so diverse that there are lots of different kinds of people around you. To sum it up, we have to get along well to achieve peace. Peace on Earth, ain’t would be lovely?

The weekend is gloomy and cold so far. I like the weekend to be bright and sunny, it’s always fun to go out and do something. Unfortunately, it won’t happen this weekend. It’s going to be like this the entire weekend. I was thinking of taking my son going to some haunted houses but i doubt it. It’s so cold to go out so we will just stay inside the house for now. I have this project that is still waiting for me, maybe i can get it done by this time. It’s taking forever to get done and it’s getting on me. I keep putting it off, there’s always something that needs to be done first. Just a little update here and enjoy your weekend everyone!

Certainly, it’s the middle of the week and in a few days it’s the weekend. Just got back taking the kids to school and it’s cold alright. I will do a little shopping later, and get the kids new outfit to wear on “picture day”.  As what my little girl would say, Looking good, feeling good—priceless. LOL! I know she heard it from somewhere. I will also check out some boots for sale, i need a new one for winter, i like the Ugboots but i don’t like the price of it. Maybe i’ll get lucky and they will be on sale or maybe just look for another brand. Better grab some breakfast and get ready to start my day. Have a blessed morning!

It’s finally here again, and i am glad. Since the kids are back on-tract, the last week was kind of hectic. Trying hard to get back on our routine, going to bed at 8:30pm and waking up early. My little girl is not a morning person and even if she gets 10 hours of sleep the night before, she still has a hard time waking up by herself in the morning. I put an alarm beside her bed but no effect at all. She is still sleeping and snoring. So funny actually. Hopefully by next week, they will get the hang of it.

No particular plan for today. Clean again? Oh well, even if you don’t plan it, you have to clean like it or not. Maybe, i’ll go to the Asian Store to get some stuff and get some Balikbayan Boxes so that i can put the things i have here, ( i have been collecting stuff to put in the box) and get it ready to ship pretty soon.  Good Morning!

Comes a new day, 1st day of October. Was kind of busy today doing some errands and trying so hard to get it done.  Multi-tasking is a headache sometimes, especially if there are lot of things to do,  trying so hard to finish everything. My back is hurting and i am in a bad mood.  Ok, i need to breath in and out and take it easy. No sense of stressing myself, it’s not worth it. Don’t want to have wrinkles in my forehead, so i need to smile and let it be. It’s almost time to pick up the kids, i still don’t have my lunch yet so better grab a quick lunch. My cellphone keeps ringing but it is private , so whoever it is, sorry i don’t pick up private calls. But anyway, have a good day and enjoy! Life is beautiful.
